What is Tensor Golf?

Tensor Golf is a golf shot planning app for iPhone and Apple Watch. It provides visual course maps, AI-powered strategy recommendations, live scoring, and round statistics to help you play smarter golf.

How do I report a bug?

Email us at Benjamin.Bringgren+tensorgolf@gmail.com with a description of what happened, which screen you were on, and your device model if known. Screenshots are always helpful.

My data isn't syncing between devices — what do I do?

Tensor Golf uses iCloud (CloudKit) to sync your rounds and courses. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID on both devices and that iCloud is enabled in Settings → Your Name → iCloud.

The Apple Watch app isn't connecting to the iPhone app — what should I do?

Make sure both apps are installed and that Bluetooth is enabled on both devices. Open the iPhone app first, then open the Watch app. If issues persist, try force-quitting both apps and reopening them.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions on your iPhone to view or cancel your Tensor Golf subscription.

How do I delete my data?

All your data is stored in your private iCloud account. Deleting the app removes local data. To fully remove iCloud data, go to iCloud.com → Manage Storage → Tensor Golf and delete the data there, or contact us and we can assist.
